The early 20th century evangelist, Aimee Semple
McPherson, was a pioneer of women in religion. Having
experienced a profound religious conversion at age 17,
Aimee began preaching across the United States and later,
the world. In 1918, she established her base in Los
Angeles, California, where in 1923, the 5,500 seat Angelus
Temple was dedicated and became the center of her
revival, healing and benevolent ministries. She was the
first woman to receive a FCC radio license and was a
pioneer religious broadcaster. Her sermons were the first
to incorporate the contemporary communications of that
day into her preaching of the Gospel. From Angelus
Temple she performed an extensive social ministry,
providing hot meals for more than 1.5 million people
during the Great Depression. She summarized her message
into four major points known as "The Foursquare Gospel,"
and founded a denomination called The International
Church of the Foursquare Gospel.
From its beginning at Angelus Temple, The International
Church of the Foursquare Gospel has now grown to
include more than 1,900 churches in the United States and
Canada, and over 24,000 churches worldwide. There are
currently more than 2.8 million members in 99 countries
around the world.

@New Hope Fellowship
2003
New Hope Fellowship was started in the home
of Keith and Stephanie Markley in 1997 with
approximately 12 people.  From that small
start it has grown to a fellowship of more than
150 souls.  Our present location is 781 West St
situated on 2 acres of land.    In the near
future, New Hope plans to relocate to 10 acres
south of our present location.  New Hope
Fellowship is the home of
New Hope Christian
Academy with an approximate enrollment of
120 children.
Today New Hope Fellowship is pastored by
Neal Owen.  Neal has been with New Hope for
10 years serving as administrator and
Associate Pastor.  Neal's desire is to see all of
Pahrump turn to the Lord.
Our Mission:

Matthew 28:19-20"Go
therefore and make disciples
of all the nations, baptizing
them in the name of the Father
and the Son and the Holy
Spirit,
20  teaching them to observe
all that I commanded you; and
lo, I am with you always, even
to the end of the age."

Stop Hell's worse and insist on
Heaven's best
